True Robotics Test Drive Terms and Conditions
Agreement
By submitting this form, you confirm that an admin level person at your school has already met with True Robotics for the 15 minute admin approval meeting and approved this Test Drive. Submitting this form also confirms that your school agrees to all of the terms below.
What You Get
With the True Robotics Test Drive, your school gets one robot kit to test out for 2 weeks. You can choose Treads for Grades K-3, Pilot for Grades 3-5, or Axle for Grades 6-8. You also get access to sample curriculum for 2 weeks and a 30 minute check in with our team after your first week.
How It Works
Once we receive your form and your participation fee or PO, we will pick a start date based on kit availability and ship your kit. During your Test Drive, you will test out the robot and sample curriculum. You will also join a required 30 minute check in with our team after week 1, scheduled around your availability.
Participation Fee
Each Test Drive has a $25 participation fee that covers the cost of getting it set up. You can pay with a PO or credit card. Your kit will not ship until we have received your payment or PO. The participation fee is nonrefundable once your kit ships.
Your 2 Weeks
Your 2 weeks begin the day your kit arrives. Access to the sample curriculum ends when your Test Drive ends. The sample curriculum is for your school's review only and should not be copied or shared.
Returning Your Kit
Your kit must be shipped back by day 14 using the prepaid return label and tape included in the box. Please pack up everything that came in the kit. Your kit counts as shipped back once FedEx scans the return label.
Kits Not Shipped Back
If your kit has not been shipped back within 10 days after the return date, your school will be invoiced for the full retail price of the kit. That is $200 for Treads, $399 for Pilot, and $650 for Axle.
